Processing Times

Many TMP Boutique items are made to order, embroidered, or personalized and require processing time before they are ready to ship.

Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order to make sure I can accommodate your requested timeframe.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Any estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Processing time and carrier transit time can vary, especially during holidays, peak shopping seasons, severe weather, or other carrier delays.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, you will receive tracking information when your package ships.

After a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are outside of TMP Boutique's control.

While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, carrier delays can occasionally occur.

Tracking & Delivery

Please use the tracking information provided with your order to follow the progress of your shipment.

TMP Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed by the shipping carrier or for packages marked Delivered by the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. TMP Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact me. I will be happy to help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

Need Your Order by a Certain Date?

If you are ordering for a baby shower, coming-home outfit, birthday, holiday, photo session, or other special occasion, please contact me before ordering if you need your item by a specific date.

I will be happy to let you know whether your requested timeframe can be accommodated.
